What makes Rullo different from Kakuro or Kakurasu?

Kakuro is a free-form number-placement puzzle. Kakurasu is a one-shot shade puzzle. Rullo is a binary toggle puzzle: every number is fixed, you turn cells ON or OFF, and the running sum of all ON cells per row and column must hit the shown target. There is exactly one valid solution per level.
